At Resa’s Kloset, we take pride in carefully packaging and inspecting every order before shipment. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference
- Buyer’s remorse
- Orders placed by mistake
Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and your order details before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To begin the review process, email us with:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Clear photos of the item received
- Photos of any damage
- A brief description of the issue

Review Process
Once we receive your email and supporting photos, our team will review your claim and determine eligibility for a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Claims submitted without photos may not be approved.
Please allow 3-5 business days for review after all requested information has been received.
Non-Eligible Claims
We reserve the right to deny claims involving:
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor variations in color due to screen settings
- Damage caused after delivery
- Claims submitted after the required reporting period
Shipping Costs
If a return is approved due to an error on our part or a damaged item, return shipping instructions will be provided.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was made by Resa’s Kloset.
